I think this doodle kinda suffered as a result of me sleeping funny. Fortunately the pain in my neck seems to have dulled down to a bearable level.

Hello everyone. I know I haven’t been around on Tumblr in a while, and not online much at all in the past couple weeks. This post is to tell you why.
On the night of December 23rd around 10pm, my friend and peer, BadmanBastich, was coming home from a party at his workplace. Though the details remain unclear, police know that he was waiting for the train home when he somehow fell and hit his head. A train struck him, and it is believed he died instantly. He was 34 years old.
I apologize that this information is late in getting to you, but I’ve remained silent out of respect for his family, to give them time to cope, mourn, and handle the intricacies that come with things like this. He was an inspiration to many of us, a source of genuine joy, talent and camaraderie. On a personal note, he was one of my closest friends, so I need not say how this has affected me. Suffice to say I miss him dearly, and if I regret anything, it’s that I don’t know if he ever knew how much he meant to me.
Several of us artists have decided to work on an art tribute to Badman, a fun collab project that celebrates his OC’s and favorite fandoms. This is open to anyone who wishes to join. We just request that it remain tasteful (no nudity/NSFW stuff). If you want to draw one of his characters, great. If you’re unfamiliar with them, his favorite fandoms included Guardian Heroes, Fatal Fury and Street Fighter, so you’re welcome to draw something from those instead. This is not a big pic with everything combined; rather, we’ll be posting our individual pics here to Tumblr and tagging them ‘BadmanTribute’ so that all friends and fans can see.
I hope you’ll join me in wishing peace and condolences to his family, and in celebrating the life of one of the coolest dudes out there.
I got to know Badman through Animeflux and I feel proud to call him a friend. He was a joker, especially fond of really inappropriate humour at all times.
When I heard about his passing I could feel this cold numbness all over me. For such a life-loving and fun person to die so young is awful, and my deepest condolences go out to his wife and the rest of his family and friends.
So, one of the websites I frequent (somethingawful, if you must know) has regular game jams which I’ve kinda wanted to try my hand at for a while now, but I probably don’t have the time.
That doesn’t stop me from coming up with ideas though.
There’s a third possible theme for this current jam–”Trivialize”–which I think the “Short, Sweet and to the Point” idea would work for as well if switched from an action to a puzzle emphasis.
